Ready to get started? If you are a first-time Financial Connection caller, please contact a customer service representative to enroll and establish a temporary Personal Identification Number (PIN).
After securing your temporary PIN, dial the Financial Connection and select option 1 in the main menu: For Account Information and Funds Transfer. Next, in the Account Menu, select option 1 again. You will then be prompted to enter your primary deposit account number and press the # key, followed by your four-digit temporary PIN and # key.
Once your temporary PIN is validated, you will be instructed to create a new four-digit PIN. Select any four digits on your telephone keypad. (Please note: for security purposes, the last four digits of your Social Security Number cannot be selected as your PIN, and we recommend you also avoid easily identifiable combinations that include your birth date, address or phone number, etc.) Please memorize your new PIN and if you need to record it, be sure to store it in a safe place.
