Shelby attended Missouri Baptist University and has worked in the financial services industry since 2007. He holds the series 7 and 66 license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority along with a life, health, and variable insurance license. Shelby is involved in various organizations, including Hannibal Y Men’s Club and the Knights of Columbus, in addition to coaching his children’s soccer teams.
