Pay Bills – allows you to schedule payments to any person or company with a U.S. mailing address. Payments can be set up to release as needed or on a recurring basis. Get your bills together and click the Add a Bill button to add your billers. To pay your bills, click Pay Bills to choose which billers to release and the amount. Dates automatically fill in from one to three business days to allow time for checks to be processed if the biller does not accept electronic payments, or you can select a future date.
Payroll – allows you to offer direct deposit as an added benefit to your employees. We supply Employee Direct Deposit forms for your employees to complete with their banking information. Add each employee to the payee list. Then 1-2 days before pay date, select the employees to pay and enter their net pay information.
Collections – allow you to initiate debits from multiple accounts to collect money for fees owed, dues, etc. You must have written approval from the account owner in order to use this service.
Authorize Transactions – may be used by your company to establish dual control over transactions submitted online. Transactions that are ‘pending approval’ will be displayed on this screen.
ACH Payments – is an easy way to send funds to accounts at other financial institutions. The payment is a single ACH credit with an 82-character addendum.
ACH Receipts – lets you schedule a single ACH debit with an 82-character addendum. You must have written approval from the accountholder in order to use this service.
Supervisor Functions – allows you to establish individual user rights for a list of companies or subsidiaries. The Supervisor has the ability to update user access and transactional rights by account, and set dollar limits.
Wire Transfer Requests – allows you to submit a wire transfer request online.

How Does It Work?
- Checks are electronically scanned at your business and converted to digital images.
- The deposit file is then encrypted and sent over the Internet.
- HNB receives the check images and posts the deposit to your business checking account.
- You will receive an email confirmation that your deposit has been processed.

Remote Deposit requires 5GB of hard drive storage space to run Remote Deposit operating system and to store 1,000 checks for 180 days with the front & back images and MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition information). You will need:
